Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your gear! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery (7 days for misprints). Just drop us an email at contact@cryptoosetclothing.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and one of our team members will get back to you ASAP.

RETURN PERIOD:

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange. Please make sure your return is shipped back to us within this timeframe.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTES: 

Sale items: All sale items are final sale and can only be exchanged for store credit. No refunds will be issued.

International Orders: Due to the higher cost of international shipping, we are unable to process exchanges for orders placed outside of the United States. 

RETURN COSTS:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The exact cost will vary depending on your location and the courier you choose.

There will be a 8% restocking fee at the time of return.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:

Once we receive your return, we'll do our best to process it within 10 business days. You'll receive an email notification as soon as your return is processed. Please allow up to 3 business days for any refunds to appear in your account.
